This is the Philippine's national dish, popularly known as "Lechong baboy" or roasted pork. Major occasions will never be complete without this dish. Sorry, for the non-meat-eaters, this is not for us. I hadn't had any taste of pork for over ten years now.
The photo may be making the mouths of many pork-eaters watery, but really, i had this self-discipline of not eating it anymore. But,well, with the society where i grew-up, this is the dish that i grew up watching. I have every right to showcase it. hehehe!

sus nagsige nlng ra ba jud kog kaon ana diri saon kay month of april, daghan bdays ... so nagpatuyang jud ko ba... pero someday i will try eat lessen of that pork...
